She'll defend rural healthcare so no one has to drive an hour to see a doctor, and in Cuyahoga, she'll protect the care we need. She'll hold insurance companies accountable — because she knows exactly where the money is going and who's taking it.

Ann Marie's insurance premium tripled. Her deductible went from $500 to $7,000. She makes decisions at the grocery store about what she can afford. She's not studying this problem from the outside — she's living it.
She'll fight to lower prescription costs, protect Medicaid coverage for 70,000 Ohioans, and hold the executives accountable for profiting while families struggle. And she'll oppose reckless tariffs that drive up the cost of everything from medical supplies to groceries.

Reckless tariffs are crushing farmers and driving up costs for small businesses across the district. Washington made these decisions without us, and we pay the price. Donegan will oppose trade policies that punish Ohio's farmers, manufacturers, and small business owners.
